These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OhmDoc mobile application and website (ohmdoc.com), operated by RenewSpark ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using OhmDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OhmDoc.
OhmDoc is intended for professional use by individuals 18 years of age or older. By using OhmDoc, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RenewSpark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the OhmDoc application on devices you own or control, solely for your internal business or professional purposes.

To use OhmDoc, you or your organization must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN and company code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@ohmdoc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
OhmDoc offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business, Department, and Enterprise). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or our designated payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into OhmDoc, including unit records, test results, and reports. By using OhmDoc's cloud storage option, you grant RenewSpark a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service.
We do not claim any ownership rights over your test data, equipment records, or PDF reports. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
OhmDoc is a tool to assist technicians in organizing, recording, and analyzing electrical equipment test data. OhmDoc does not replace the judgment of qualified electrical professionals. You are solely responsible for:
RenewSpark makes no warranty that OhmDoc's calculations, formula outputs, or AI-generated suggestions are free from error or suitable for any specific regulatory or safety purpose.
The optional AI assistant in OhmDoc is provided as a general-purpose tool to assist with test sheet configuration and operational questions. AI-generated responses are informational only and do not constitute professional engineering advice. Always verify AI suggestions against applicable standards before acting on them.
You agree not to use OhmDoc to:
OhmDoc, the OhmDoc logo, and all related software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of RenewSpark. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to OhmDoc at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@ohmdoc.com. Upon termination, your right to use OhmDoc ceases immediately.
OhmDoc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenewSpark disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RenewSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use OhmDoc, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenewSpark, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of OhmDoc, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, sending a notice to your registered email address. Continued use of OhmDoc after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
